Shipping Policy

We process orders 7 days a week. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped within the next 1-5 business days (depending on shipping option).

Please note: In situations where products are in high demand, processing time can take longer than 1-2 business days. The delivery times are estimates only. Rasperi is not guaranteeing delivery dates.

Location

Please note that we currently ONLY ship to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. However, at this time, we are unable to offer shipping to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and all APO addresses.

 

We currently do not support shipments to any other country.

Shipment Cost

All shipment is free! We do not charge extra for all products sold directly on our website. However, we do offer the option of expedited shipping at a low extra cost.

Logistics

 

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking to work.
